The Council has also published an introduction to the National Third Party Access Regime and the role and responsibilites of the Council which is available for download below.

The Council is updating its guides to reflect recent legislative changes and other developments, in particular those resulting from the High Court's decision in relation to the declaration of two Pilbara iron ore railways.

Updated Guides to Certification and Declaration are now available.
